DO Apparel produces custom team sportswear, decorated apparel, and related merchandise. Our Service includes both our main online store and dedicated team stores and pop-up stores ("Team Stores") operated on behalf of teams, schools, leagues, and organizations.
Most products we sell are made to order and customized with names, numbers, logos, or other decoration. Custom products are produced specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold.
Team Stores are open for a limited ordering window. The open and close dates are displayed on each store or communicated by the sponsoring organization.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated on a specific Team Store.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing or listing errors, or cannot be produced as configured. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. Please double-check sizing, spelling of names, and numbers before submitting your order. We produce exactly what you enter at checkout.
Because our products are custom made to order, all customized and decorated items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items for reasons such as incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or a change of preference.
Defective or incorrect items are a different story. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, a decoration error on our part, or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right with a replacement or exchange at no cost to you.

Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items that have been washed, worn, or altered, or that show damage from normal wear, misuse, or improper care, are not eligible. Approved claims are resolved by replacement of the affected item; refunds are issued at our discretion when replacement is not practical.
Non-customized, blank stock items (if offered) may be returned unworn with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping on non-defective stock items is the customer's responsibility.
All artwork, designs, mockups, and digitized files created by DO Apparel remain the property of DO Apparel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
When an organization provides logos, marks, or other materials for use on its Team Store or order, that organization represents and warrants that it owns or has permission to use those materials. The organization agrees to indemnify DO Apparel against any claim arising from our authorized use of materials it supplied.
Team names, school marks, and third-party logos appearing on this site or on Team Stores are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission of the sponsoring organization.
