Orders are processed regularly and generally ship approximately 10–15 business days from the date the order is placed.

Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy

All products purchased through DO Apparel online stores are custom made to order. This includes spirit wear, uniforms, equipment, and accessories.

Even when an item does not include a name, number, or other personalization, it is produced specifically for the individual order. Items are not pulled from stocked inventory and cannot be returned to inventory for resale.

All Sales Are Final

Because every product is custom made to order, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for:

• Incorrect sizes selected at checkout
• Changes in size, color, style, quantity, or personalization
• Items that do not fit as expected
• Duplicate orders
• Items that are no longer wanted or needed
• Normal differences in garment color, fit, or appearance between brands and styles

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product selections, sizes, quantities, shipping information, and personalization details before submitting an order.

Incorrect or Defective Items

A return, replacement, exchange, or refund will only be considered when an item received is:

• Different from what was ordered
• Produced with an error caused by DO Apparel
• Damaged or defective upon arrival

Please contact DO Apparel promptly after receiving the order and include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item. The item should not be worn, washed, altered, or used before the issue is reviewed.

DO Apparel will determine the appropriate resolution after reviewing the claim. Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include repairing the item, replacing the item, exchanging the item, or issuing a refund.

Minor variations that are normal to custom apparel production, including slight differences in print placement, color, sizing, or decoration, are not considered defects.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are processed three times per week. Once an order has been processed, production and purchasing may begin immediately.

After an order has been processed, DO Apparel is unable to:

• Cancel the order
• Change the product, size, color, or quantity
• Add, remove, or change personalization
• Change the shipping method or delivery address
• Combine the order with another order

Submitting a request before an order is processed does not guarantee that the requested change or cancellation can be completed. Customers should contact DO Apparel as soon as possible if they notice an error.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Size charts are provided as a general reference, and sizing may vary between manufacturers, brands, and product styles.

An item being too large, too small, or fitting differently than expected does not qualify it for a return, exchange, or refund.

Shipping Issues

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. DO Apparel is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of DO Apparel’s control do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the entire order was incorrect or defective due to an error by DO Apparel.
